This policy covers the ntshq.com website, operated by NeoTechSource LLC ("NTS", "we", "us"). Products at ntshq.com that you sign in to, such as JobRadar, have their own privacy policy, shown inside the product.

What we collect

When you contact us. The demo request form does not send anything to our servers. It opens your own email app with your request filled in, and you choose whether to send it. If you email or call us, we receive what you send: usually your name, work email, organization, role and what you would like to see.

Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) records standard request logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and secure the site.

Cookies. The website itself does not set cookies and does not use advertising or analytics trackers.

How we use it

• To reply to your request, arrange a demo or architecture review, and follow up on it.
• To run, secure and improve the website.

We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for advertising.

Who else receives it

• Hosting: Amazon Web Services serves the website.
• Fonts: pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
• Email: our email provider stores the messages you send us.

We may also share information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep contact requests for as long as needed to respond and maintain a business relationship, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing contact@neotechsource.com. We will respond within 30 days.

The healthcare apps shown on this site run on synthetic or fictional records. They do not hold real patient data, and you should not send us patient information.
