Multicloud AI & ERP / Cloud Migration, Integration & AI Operations

Why it matters
Skills gaps are the top barrier to cloud and AI adoption. Structured learning paths help teams adopt new services faster, reduce mistakes and give clients confidence in the people doing the work.
How it works
A learning path
Start with foundations for everyone, move to associate-level builder skills, add AI specialties for machine learning and generative AI, then prove it with a real project and share knowledge through reviews and communities.
AWS, Azure and Google Cloud compared
| AWS | Azure | Google Cloud | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Foundational AI | AWS Certified AI Practitioner | Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900) | Generative AI Leader |
| Builder level | Solutions Architect Associate | Azure Administrator or Architect | Associate Cloud Engineer |
| AI engineering | Machine Learning Engineer Associate | Azure AI Engineer (AI-102) | Professional Machine Learning Engineer |
| Advanced | Generative AI Developer Professional | Azure Data Scientist (DP-100) | Professional Cloud Architect |
| Learning platform | AWS Skill Builder | Microsoft Learn | Google Cloud Skills Boost |
What makes each cloud different
AWS
AWS's AI path runs from AI Practitioner through Machine Learning Engineer Associate to the Generative AI Developer Professional. The Machine Learning Specialty was retired on March 31, 2026. Skill Builder provides labs and exam preparation.
Azure
Microsoft's path covers AI-900, AI-102 and DP-100, with free annual renewal assessments online and Applied Skills credentials for short, hands-on validation. Microsoft Learn offers free sandboxes.
Google Cloud
Google's certifications include the Generative AI Leader for business roles and the Professional Machine Learning Engineer, valid for two years, with Skills Boost labs running in real Google Cloud projects.
Design decisions that matter
- 01Foundations for everyone
Shared vocabulary across roles.
- 02Certify on your main platforms
Depth where you deliver.
- 03Pair every certification with a project
Skills fade without practice.
- 04Track renewals
Credentials expire and services change.
Common mistakes we see
- Certification without practice. Exam knowledge, no delivery skills.
- Only training individuals. Teams need shared practices.
- Outdated paths. Retired exams and old services.
A practical 30-day plan
- Week 1
Map roles to target certifications.
- Week 2
Start foundations for the whole team.
- Week 3
Assign associate and AI tracks with labs.
- Week 4
Launch an internal project to apply the skills.

How we work with you
- 1Assess
A focused review of your cloud and AI skills across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud. We look for the gaps we find most often: certification without practice, only training individuals and outdated paths.
- 2Design
A target architecture and roadmap built on the decisions that matter most: foundations for everyone, certify on your main platforms, pair every certification with a project and track renewals.
- 3Build
Hands-on delivery alongside your team. We map roles to target certifications, start foundations for the whole team, assign associate and AI tracks with labs, and finally launch an internal project to apply the skills.
- 4Run and improve
We refresh learning paths as services change and run follow-up workshops.
